Cancellation Policy
Stock Items
Any stock item (an item normally stocked in our warehouse) that is ordered online can be canceled as long as we have not shipped the item to you. Once the item is picked up by UPS, it will be delivered to you and the stock item return policy will apply.
Special Order Items:
Any item that is not a stock item is considered a special order and is not returnable. A special order may be canceled only if the vendor has not shipped the item. We will make every effort to cancel the item with the vendor before it ships, but if an item has shipped then it will not be returnable.
