Stock Items:
Any stock item (an item normally stocked in our warehouse) purchased online may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date provided that:

  • The item has not been installed in any way
  • The item is in its original carton with its original packaging

Special Order Items:
Any item that is not a stock item is considered a special order.
A 50% restocking charge will apply to returns of most special order items.
Some special order items are not returnable, depending on the vendor.

Non-returnable Items:
Custom items, clearance items, light bulbs, and lamp shades are not returnable. Any item that has been installed or is not in its original carton is not returnable.

Return Procedure:
If there is an item that needs to be returned, you must contact us before the item is sent back. Please provide us with the following information:

  • Your full name and address
  • The original ticket number
  • The items to be returned
  • The reason for return

After we are contacted by you we will authorize the return. Any returns sent back without prior authorization will not be credited.
You will be responsible for return freight charges and you will be credited only for the items returned. You will not be credited original freight charges incurred in sending the item to you.

Defective items:
You are responsible for inspecting your items immediately upon receipt, even if the item is not being installed or used immediately. Any damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Any damages not reported within 24 hours will not be credited.

All warranties are determined by the original manufacturer of the item – most have a one year warranty except light bulbs.

Any item determined to be defective and within the warranty period will be credited or replaced at no charge to you. Any return for defective items must be approved before being returned. Please contact us with the information noted above and we will authorize a return. Any returns sent back without prior authorization will not be credited.

We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred due to defective items or for any other reason.

Any item damaged due to improper installation or use will not be credited.
